Adding an assistant coach
There is a function in the platform that allows you to add an assistant coach. An assistant coach has access to your students and can perform several actions. For example, reviewing and grading assignments. An assistant coach cannot remove himself as a coach nor remove students from your list. Adding an assistant coach works as follows:

Click on the programme you would like to add the assistant coach to.

Select the correct exercise set.

Click on ‘More’ in the upper right corner.

Click on ‘Select assistant’ and select the name of the coach you would like to have as an assistant.

Click on ‘add’.

The coach is now added as your assistant.

The assistant coach is now visible in your ‘assistant coach(es)’ overview. You’ll also see the date you’ve added the assistant.
Removing an assistant coach
As easy as you can add an assistant coach, you can also remove him or her. Removing an assistant coach works as follows:

Click on the programme you would like to add the assistant coach to.

Select the correct exercise set.

Click on ‘More’ in the upper right corner.

Click on ‘remove’ below the assistant coach you would like to remove.

The assistant coach is now removed.
